Assertive Coaching

What is it to be assertive and what does the coaching entail?

Being assertive is about being confident in your true feelings and acting on them with respect for yourself and others. Learning to establish boundaries in a kind, easy to do way.

We work together to find out self-limiting beliefs. As a certified Assertiveness Life Coach, I will teach you to learn how to unlearn all that has been holding you back. These skills will improve not just your current situation but real skills to nourish the life you wish to create.
